The sausage and pepper is one of the best that I have tasted in the Hudson Valley. Medium size slices of peppers, thick green peppers, tasty sauce not over seasoned, and the bread was the right texture. The plain pizza is also one of the better tasting in the Hudson Valley, properly seasoned with the proper ratio of cheese and sauce.
